Today, there are thousands of different Children’s Educational Toys available to choose from. To make the right choice for your child, is not always easy. Every child is unique, therefore I want to show you different options for different children to pick the best Educational Toy for your child.
What are we looking for in an Educational Toy?
In my opinion, Educational Toys should focus on the following:
- Gross motor skills – larger movements made with arms, legs, feet or entire body.
- Fine motor skills – smaller actions like picking up objects between finger and thumb. Lips and tongue also uses fine motor skills.
- Hand eye co-ordination
- Concentration
- Balance
- Problem solving
- Social development – interacting with friends while playing
